The 300ZX

Model Differences

1990-1996 Feature Changes

Given the huge range of options available available over 8 years, which have also varied by country, its difficult to specify all the changes which have been made over the years. Some changes have been quite subtle, such as the change in the type of knob used on the electric seat (stronger and less prone to breaking and jamming). Others such as an additional washer bottle reservoir installed in the rear for the rear windscreen washer, have been installed in very limited production runs. Presently you can buy a version "S" and a version "R" in Japan. These come with different wheel rims, Recaro seats etc. GPS (global positioning system) is also offered as a factory option in Japan. Some items which are options in one country are standard in others, and vice versa.
