Manuals: Where can I get an Owners Manuals from ?

Generally available is a bound zerox copy of the owners manual from Nissan for about NZD 40. Make sure you get a NA or TT version.

Where can I get a Service Manual and why should I ?

There is no service manual from Haynes, Gregory's, or Chilton so don't bother looking. Most new owners start off with a request as to where to find something on the car. Or how does xyz work. Spend some money and buy a CD with the service manual on it. Print out what you need. A CD costs approx USD 30-40. A hard copy works out at USD 72 plus about the same again for postage. You should be able to answer 90% of your questions with the manual. CD's are avaible from Courtesy Nissan. Other sources of information can be found in a CD from Alldata about recalls and engineering changes over the years. I have found useful information here although my copy seems to have a heap of information missing including heaps of stuff about gearboxes. Nissan did issue in hard copy rafts of Technical Service Bulletins or TSB's over the years. I believe you can get these from Dymont.
