Mods: What might my car have come with that isn't standard ?

The cars ex Japan can come with many extras not necessarily all beneficial. Some of these are wheels, body kits, suspension changes and stainless exhausts. There can be a lot of more subtle changes for increasing performance but the problem is that they aren't all visible or even matched. It is unfortunately buyer beware.

 Only a few car yards know, care or understand what may have been done to the car. A list of some of these additions may appear here later or can be gleaned from the section on performance modifications. It is essential that you make every effort to identify any engine changes as soon as possible. Some suspension changes, like rock hard springs and shocks, will be very obvious .
